1) Package Overview
- Explore Tokyo with a private charter car covering Tokyo, Mt Fuji, Kamakura, Nikko and more.
- Enjoy flexible departure time and customizable itinerary for a stress-free day trip.
- Suitable for families, elders and friend groups who prefer private transport instead of public transport.
2) Vehicle Details
- Vehicle type: Deluxe 7-seater MPV.
- Model: Toyota Alphard or similar.
- Year: 2018 and above.
- Capacity: Up to 5 passengers with luggage. Up to 6 passengers without luggage.
- Luggage guide: 28" x 3, or 26" x 4, or 24" x 5.
3) Service Details
- This is a 10-hour private charter car service.
- Includes vehicle usage fee, driver service fee, fuel costs, toll, parking fee and winter tires.
- Departure time is flexible, earliest from 8:00 AM.
- Service must end by 10:00 PM.
- Driver language: Japanese / Mandarin / Basic English.
- The driver does not accompany passengers into scenic areas.
4) Pickup & Route Info
- Departure point: within Tokyo city.
- If departing from outside Tokyo and returning to Tokyo, the empty vehicle travel time will be deducted from the total 10-hour duration.
- Customer may request additional destinations, subject to confirmation.
- Extra destination fee is around JP¥8,000, payable directly to the driver on-site if applicable.
Important Notes Before Payment
- Harga adalah untuk 1 private vehicle, bukan per pax.
- Booking tertakluk kepada driver / vehicle availability.
- Jika tarikh tidak available, customer boleh tukar tarikh atau request refund mengikut polisi.
- Day tour maksimum 10 jam. Overtime fee: JPY 8,000/hour.
- Travel date 05 Dec 2026 – 05 Jan 2027 dikenakan 10% peak sesaon surcharge.
- Airport transfer adalah one-way sahaja. Pilih kuantiti '2' untuk round-trip airport transfer.
- Customer wajib beri butiran flight, hotel dan lokasi pick-up/drop-off dengan tepat.
- Syarikat akan hubungi selepas pembayaran deposit diterima untuk details pengesahan.
- Cancellation, amendment dan refund tertakluk kepada polisi syarikat.
